Insurance

All persons entering the “Race Course” must first sign an insurance waiver, provided by K&K Insurance and obtain a Gate Pass and/or Event Pass from the Registrar of the Event.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION TO THIS REQUIREMENT.

** EVERY EVENT MUST HAVE INSURANCE PRIOR TO EVENT**   NO EXCEPTIONS

It is understood and agreed by and between Gingerman Ltd. and Participant(s) that there shall be in effect for all Motor Sport Events, Event Liability Insurance and Participant Accident Insurance.

There are a few options:

If event is strictly a practice or test and tune session and there are NO MORE THAN 6 cars on the track at a time, extra insurance is not needed, EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL ENTERING THE TRACK PREMISES MUST SIGN WAIVOR TO BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE in this case.

OR

1. Each organization/club may obtain insurance on their own, through insurance company of their choice or through K & K Insurance.
   • Gingerman requests a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE prior to event date ether way.
2. We can EXTEND our insurance policy to COVER them for their track rental dates, in this case:
   • Arrive and Drive $560.00 1st day  $140.00 each additional day…
   • Drivers Ed/Time Trials $1119.00 1st day   $280.00 each additional day…
   • Motorcycles $872.00 1st day   $218.00 each additional day…
   • Club Race Event $1291.00 1st day  $323.00 each additional day…
   • The organization/club must pay Gingerman the exact cost of insurance.

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICE LIST

Tune and Test: This provides coverage for those days when the track is used by various Racing Teams primarily getting their vehicle race ready. Although not stated in the policy, but it should be limited to 6 or less vehicles and NO wheel to wheel activity.

Time Trial: These are one car at a time speed laps. NO wheel to wheel racing.

Club Racing: Is just that. Various car clubs that will have wheel to wheel racing competition.

Film Shoot: This is when a filming crew would come out to the track for whatever reason for the simple purpose of shooting a commercial or something of that nature. Usually a low number of vehicles are used.

Lapping Day: Drivers renting the track to do laps only. No wheel to wheel racing.

Ride and Drive: These events are primarily those days whereas a certain car/ truck dealer would have a fleet of vehicles they wish to show prospective buyers which includes showing the various features of the vehicle.

Drivers School: These vary from school to school, but it is a track activity that is used for teaching and educating "want to be race drivers." Entails classroom time and then track time with instructors. Also this is a non-wheel to wheel activity.
