1.

Insurance waiver must be signed upon entrance to premises.

2.

Hours of Operation:

Monday  7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday
  7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday
  7:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Thursday
  7:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Friday
  7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday
  7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday
  7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

3.

The speed limit inside the gates is 15 mph and applies to all motor-vehicles.

4.

The use of mopeds, electric scooters, all terrain vehicles are not allowed in the paddock area after 7:00 p.m.

5.

Under no circumstance will any motor-vehicle be allowed on the track after the track has been closed.

6.

All motor fluids must be disposed of in their designated areas. Waste oil dump station is located behind fuel tanks.

7.

All non-muffler vehicles are not allowed to run during quiet time; Sunday 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

8.

Any “jacking” of vehicles on the asphalt must be done with the use of a protective pad or piece of wood underneath.

9.

No opened alcoholic beverages are allowed during track operation hours.  (See hours of operation).

10.

All campers must obtain a campers band before setting up camp.  Bands may be purchased at gate hour or 8 ½ building.

11.

All electric hook-up boxes remain closed and locked until paid for at the gate or   8 ½ building.

12.

RV dumpsite is located behind maintenance garage.

13.

Showers and restrooms are available 24 hours.

14.

All camp fires must be in a standing fire pit.

15.

Pets must be leashed.  Owners must be clean up after their pet(s).

16.

There is no swimming in the pond.  All children must be supervised by their guardian at the pond.

17.

All trash and waste must be disposed of prior to leaving the track.

18.

All Vendors and Service Persons must be pre-registered with Gingerman 30 days prior to the event.  This includes; Caterers, Photographers, tire Supplies, etc.  All vendors will have to pay a Vendor’s fee before setting up.

19.

Spectating is allowed in designated areas, see track layout for locations.

20.

No motor-vehicles are allowed on Spectator Hill.
