HOW TO ORDER

Once you have found all of the items you would like to order, follow these simple steps.

1) Click on "Order Form"

2) Fill out your information (name, address, phone number, etc.)

3) In the message field, list the product code, size, and quantity for each item

4) Click "Submit"

HOW TO PAY

There are two methods of payment-

1) Credit Card via telephone

       -Once you submit your order, a representative from Gingerman will contact you to confirm your order, and will then inform you of the shipping charge for your specific order, and take credit card payment by phone.

2) Check or Money Order

       -You may mail a check or money order to GingerMan Raceway, Attn: Online Store, 61414 Phoenix Rd. South Haven, MI 49090

                    NOTE!!!! PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

IMPORTANT! All information must be complete in order to process your shipment quickly and accurately!

RETURN POLICY

You may return items that are the wrong size, or that are the wrong product only if the item is still in new condition. The items cannot be washed or worn. No stains or wear and tear on clothing. Items that arrive damaged or broken upon arrival to the customer should be reported immediately so that we may arrange an exchange. Please contact us for any returns or exchanges at 1-269-253-4445 to report and make arrangements.
