Prices and Guidelines:
Short-Term Rates:
1/2 day (before 3pm) = $50
1 day = $100
2 day = $200
3 day = $300
Long-Term Rates: (Only two of the six garages can be rented out for more than 3 days at a time)
4 days = $400
5 days = $450
6 days = $475
1 week = $500
After the first week = $25 per day, $175 per week, or one month for $900
After one month = $25 per day, $175 per week, $700 per month
Offseason Rates:
November to March = $500 per month.
